Porters inside the baggage-claim area grab bags without being asked, wheel them 20 meters to the curb, then demand a high fixed fee. Politely wave them off or agree on a small tip beforehand. Free trolleys are available just outside the customs hall.
Some private-car touts in the parking area claim to be "official airport taxis" and produce laminated but unofficial ID cards. They then charge premium rates for the trip into town.
